You have to take your pills with plenty of fat. What plenty of fat = varies from person to person, but I found that lots of butter on toast in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon was enough. I know, I know, I was only on 800 MG a day and you're probably on 1,000 or 1,200, so you may have to force feed yourself fat in order to keep your pils down. since you already lost more than 10 lb, don't worry about the fat causing you to gain weight. You may want to try live cultured full fat yoghurt, that will give you fat and good bacteria at the same time.

Yes, you are right about the full fat yoghurt. I don't know what I'd do without it. Picked that tip up on the forum from the "old guard".

I think I didn't have enough to eat with my dinner on Friday evening. I'm pretty sure that was it as I felt yuccky the whole evening and the next day.

Brutal, isn't it?

I'm on 1000 mg. I'm a long lean Hefty Bag, I guess. LOL

The BMI is getting below acceptable.

rose you will find the Friend of Hep C forum a bit more stable that the F Place....they do not tolerate any abuse what so ever. Most of the members there are ex FPlace people that left because they didn't like the management...they may lack a bit of technical ability but that could change.....we also call it the Tufty Club...regards jb

It's very upsetting what has happened there.

I joined in May prior to reading the forum for months. There was such a nice bunch of people and I looked forward to the support everyone had when I was so alone and scared.

I never felt uneasy to be there. Now I'm unsure. The upset that happened in July and November has certainly shaken my confidence. I feel lost without the old guard being there and upset that it got so out of hand.

You are right - it feels weird without the old guard. We'll keep in touch with them - I know I need to keep that connection. Hope you are feeling better! Dang Riba's!
