Woof!

I didn' t rally around until this afternoon. I was ill and managing to put one foot ahead of the other since Friday afternoon last week. I am suspicious that I may have had a bout of the flu as co-workers are off with it. Ironically, I didn't take a day off as I thought it was tx. I don't want to use up my sick days yet. With 62 more weeks left I kind of think I should hoard them. I wonder if the riba kept the flu in check as I didn't get it as badly as my co-workers ?

Supposedly you can't catch a virus while on interferon, I don't beleive that - I came down with pneumonia, which antibiotics couldn't cure, so I'm sure it was viral. But, the riba rage keeps other people away from you (for their own safety), so you don't come into contact with as many germs! ;}

Can't catch a virus, I don't believe that either. And the anti virals sure haven't helped the cold sores on my lip! I took today off sick - similarly, don't know if it's a bug or Ribas.

I haven't really hit the rage...I think I get riba rant (much to my husband's agnoy!)

I'm much better today so I wonder what was going on as I felt just terrible.

I do mind the brain fog starting so I have to write things on the back of my hand when I have to get info from someone at work because I get to his/her office door and forget what I was going to ask.

Do you think they will notice? LOL

Whatever gets me through it. I do a lot of finances on the job and I had to put together a huge proposal the last few days and I was very anxious checking things twice as I know I'm not as sharp as I was several weeks ago. I hope this is the worst I get as I can still function on the job.

I know of people that have caught things whilst on TX......if your neuts are low stay away from crowded places thus avoiding all the diseases know to man.....I think your a bit early for a full blown rage,if it's gonna get you,it should in therory start about week 6-8,that is usually the time.......let's hope it doesn't hit you.......regards jb

I'm sorry to hear you've been sick. Like you I'm attempting to hoard my leave as well, just in case. One just doesn't know what to expect.

for years I thought I was the healthiest person around. never ever caught coughs or colds - despite having school age kids in the house. Then I discover my hcv probably accounted for that - as I already had a virus. I dont think any of these specialists know how the body works, it's all guess work! you hang in there rose - you're doing well.
